DAVID G. BELL - CEO

David Bell is Chief Executive Office of InSource Business Strategies, Inc, a privately held corporation providing payroll processing and human resource management for small to medium sized businesses. Serving clients across the U.S., the corporate offices are located in Mooresville, NC (metro Charlotte area). Bell also serves as President of InSource Insurance Services, which offers commercial insurance products and InSource Holdings, LLC, a commercial real estate investment company.

Prior to founding InSource and its related companies, Mr. Bell served on the Board of Directors and as President of Strategic Outsourcing, Inc. (SOI) In 1995, Mr. Bell co-founded Strategic Outsourcing for the purpose of purchasing Amlease Corporation and Summit Services Corporation based in Charlotte, North Carolina. From 1995 to 2003, he was instrumental in growing the company at a rate in excess of 40%, generating revenues of $1 billion. In April 2000, SOI was sold to Union Planters Corporation (UPC) for approximately $50 million. Mr. Bell remained President of SOI as a division of UPC until October of 2003. 

Before co-founding Strategic Outsourcing, Mr. Bell founded an Atlanta based multi line insurance agency and a premium finance company. In addition to his business experience, Mr. Bell has served as a staff member to the United States Senate and House of Representatives. He was a candidate for Georgia’s 55th Senate District and received the nomination in 1990 at the age of 26. Mr. Bell has written articles for numerous publications regarding small business challenges, human resources and risk management practices. 

Mr. Bell is an active member of the local community, serving as Trustee for The Cove Church and a member of Rotary International. He has participated in many volunteer projects including Habitat for Humanity, Prison Fellowship, Project Angel Tree and The Muscular Dystrophy Association. 

Mr. Bell is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science.
